What does a test include?

Every sample gets our standard panel: purity, identity and quantity, measured by HPLC. The sample's price covers all three.

You can add endotoxin, heavy metals or sterility testing to any sample. Sterility comes two ways: the full USP <71> culture, or a faster PCR-based test.

Which compounds do you test?

Every compound we test is listed on the order page with its price. If yours isn't there, send us a message and we'll tell you whether we can test it.

Can I send a blind sample?

Yes. If you don't know what a sample is — or would rather not tell us — send it blind for $375. We work out what it is, then measure its purity, and its quantity where we have a reference standard for it.

Choose Blind sample as the compound when you build your order. You won't be asked for its identity or strength.

Is there anything you won't test?

Yes. We can't accept controlled substances — anything on Schedules I–V of the federal Controlled Substances Act, including anabolic steroids — or their analogues, anything that's illegal to possess or ship, hazardous materials, or human or animal specimens such as blood or urine. How much does testing cost?

Each sample is priced by its compound, from $100 to $200, and that price includes purity, identity and quantity. Add-ons are priced per sample on top.

Is there a discount for larger orders?

Yes. Orders of 10 or more samples get 10% off the base testing price. Add-ons and shipping aren't discounted.

How long does testing take?

Standard testing usually takes 3–5 business days from when your samples arrive. Add-ons take:

• Endotoxin and heavy metals: 1–3 days
• Rapid sterility (PCR): 4–7 days
• Sterility (USP <71>): 14 days, the length of the culture

Once we receive your samples, your order shows the date your results are due. These times are estimates, not guarantees.

Can I get results faster?

Yes. Choose rush when you build your order. Rush speeds up the standard panel, endotoxin and heavy metals: results the same day or the next day after your samples arrive.

Sterility tests take a fixed time that rush can't shorten — 14 days for USP <71>, 4–7 days for rapid PCR — so a sample with sterility testing is ready when that test finishes. Rush adds 100% to the price of the tests it speeds up, and nothing to sterility.

Do I need an account to order?

Not to see prices — you can build an order and see the total without one. You'll sign in or create an account when you continue to shipping and payment. Your account is where you follow your samples and download your certificates.

What do I need to tell you about each sample?

Its name, what it's declared to be, its strength (for example, 5 mg/vial) and its form: lyophilised powder, sterile solution, capsule, tablet or other. A lot number is optional.

How do I send you my samples?

When you order, tell us how you'll pack your samples: a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope, the USPS padded flat-rate envelope, a polymailer of your own, or your own box. Flat-rate packaging is one price whatever it weighs; for a polymailer or your own box, give us its packed size and weight.

Everything ships at room temperature. Don't pack a cold pack, a gel pack or dry ice — we can't accept cold shipments.

A prepaid label covers the postage only — it doesn't include a pickup. Drop the package off with the carrier yourself, or arrange a pickup with them directly. If the carrier re-weighs or re-measures the package and bills us an adjustment, we pass that charge on to you.

Make sure all samples are labeled — your own labels are fine, we only need to tell one vial from another. Then print the check-in sheet from your order and slip it in the box on top of them: its one code receives every vial in a single scan, and it lists what we're expecting. How do I pay?

Checkout shows every payment option available for your order, such as card, Venmo, Zelle and cryptocurrency. Have a discount code? Enter it on the payment screen.

If you pay by card, you'll sign a short agreement first: all sales are final, turnaround times are estimates, and you'll contact us before disputing a charge. We start on your order as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final: you're paying for the testing, not for a particular result, so we can't refund an order because of what the results show. Turnaround times are estimates, and a late result isn't grounds for a refund either.

How do I follow my samples?

Sign in to see all your orders, or enter the code from your order or a vial label on Track a sample. Each order moves through four steps: received, in progress, data acquired and completed.

What comes with my results?

A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for each sample. A photo of the sample and its raw chromatogram are included at no extra charge. See a sample certificate.

How can someone check that a CoA is genuine?

Every CoA carries a QR code and a certificate code. Scan the QR code, or enter the code on our verify page, to see the original record. You can also email the certificate number to technical@hyteresearchdivision.com and we'll confirm it directly.

Will my business name be on the certificate?

Only if you want it to be — you choose for each order. Leave it off and the certificate and its public verification page show the results without naming you. You always see the full details in your portal.

What is a crowdfunded test?

A way to split the cost of a test with other people. Place your order, choose Crowdfund on the payment screen, and share the link — or list it on our crowdfund board for anyone to join.

Others buy a share at a price they see up front. After 5 days — or sooner, if you end it — the crowdfund closes and you ship the sample. Nobody's card is charged until the sample ships, and if the test doesn't go ahead, nobody is charged at all. Everyone who joins gets the results.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Share your referral link from your account. For every three new customers who sign up with it and pay for their first order, you get a free base test on any compound — use it on the payment screen of any order.

It covers the base price of one sample. It doesn't cover blind samples, add-ons, rush or shipping.
